Using the sketch # 5 (second row, first one from the left) found on page 28 in the current Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog, I made this layout using the past Designer Series Paper called "Lily Pond Lane" # 163342. To create the layout I used Cricut Design Space (Cricut Access plan) for the photo placement holders and I hand cut the ducks from the patterned paper. Using an old Close to My Heart 1 1/4" circle punch I cut circles from paper scraps.

The photo placement holder images found in Cricut Design Space, but Cricut Access subscription is needed. For the photo place holder I used Basic White Card Stock and a Cricut Black Marker. Please feel free to use my dimensions with your patterned paper. However, below are the supplies and measurements that I used. Most of the card stock that I used were scraps of card stock.
I used five patterned papers for the for this layout, the photo mats and one journal measures: 3.5" W x 4.5" H (3), meanwhile the other two banners measure 2"W x3"H. The circle measures 1 3/4" and I used a scrap of patterned paper. The title banner measures 5.75" W x 1.25" H and the bottom journal patterned paper measures 5" W x 2" H.
The cute duck was hand cut out of the Lily Pond Lane Paper and used a 3D dimensional to add more dimension. I also used dimensional on the journal found in the center of the page.
