Using the sketch # 3 (first row, third from the left) found on page 28 in the current Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog, I made this layout using the past Designer Series Paper (Salesabration 2025) called "Bloom Impressions" # 16494. To create the layout I heavily used Cricut Design Space (Cricut Access plan) for all the embellishments.

I did use for my title and all other were images found in Cricut Design Space, but Cricut Access subscription is needed. For the photo place holder I used Basic White Card Stock and a Cricut Black Marker.

Please feel free to use my dimensions with your patterned paper. However, below are the supplies and measurements that I used. Most of the card stock that I used were scraps of card stock.
I used two patterned papers for the for this layout, the photo mats measures: 4.5" W x 5.5" H, 3.5" W x 4.5" H and 3"W x 3.5" H. For the scalloped circle it measures 2" and I used patterned paper from the same paper. For the journaling I used an old tag cut from some patterned paper.

Brushed Silver and Gold Foil Paper 12"x12" - 164861 or you can use Silver Foil Paper 12" x 12" (title and glasses)
Petunia Pop 12" x 12" Card Stock for the scrapbook page base
